A Pokemon Go player called 999 to report stolen Pokemon

The day after Pokemon Go game launched in UK, the emergency call was made to report stolen pokemon at 11:15 BST on Friday, Gloucestershire Police said to BBC.


The operator ended the call quickly with an advice about when it is appropriate to call on emergency number, spokesperson said.

Since the launch of game there were many reports came where people stuck in dangerous situations.

Last week, group of boys entered underground cave in Wiltshire in search of pokemon and got stuck 100ft below.

Nottinghamshire Police said that they have received many calls on suspicious activities, but all of them leads to people hunting for pokemon.

3 students were also robbed in Manchester while they were playing game.
